About Her
An explorer of the light and shadow within and the mountains and valleys that make up our psyche. I am not a psychologist but I am Interested in Carl Jung whose teachings resonate with my search for light and wholeness. At this point in my life the person I meet must have at least done some internal reflection too. I read a lot but I also love being outside more than inside . Music taste is eclectic. I have been both widowed and divorced . Resilience is my super power I am authentic, honest and live in sovereignty- a gentle heart with a warrior spirit and laughter. I have fierce, supportive and amazing friends . I love beautiful gardens. My family are all in the Cape where I lived for a while but i currently work and live in Jhb Northern suburbs. I have a fundamental belief in reincarnation and I have no problem integrating that into my spiritual practice. A kind of Buddhist- Christian or the other way around if you will. I do not find much meaning in organised religion and believe that the Christian church as it is currently, needs an overhaul if it wants to stay relevant. I have succeeded in my profession. I love the bush and fynbos and staring at the ocean, even if it's on my screensaver until I can get to the sea. On winter nights I look up at Scorpio from my balcony and it always makes me feel content. I live a bit like a man in my kitchen which still needs an overhaul, and so do my cooking skills, so if you are looking for a perfect chef this might not be the best place to stop. I try to eat healthy but those slap chips up at the garage are always calling my name.

A self actualised explorer. A man not just an oke who doesn't get it. Not interested in games or narcissists. Kindness and compassion, love of nature and humour and reading are my preferences.
