I love nature, being outdoors, photography from little insects and flowers (I have an eye for details) to the big 5. I like also easy to moderate hikes mixed with photography and nature learning.
My meditational practices include tai chi, gardening, cooking, colouring and other creative activities. I enjoy reflective writing and personal growth, and I am naturally curious about how the mind, life, and the world work. Logic puzzles, brain teasers, science videos, and the occasional romantic comedy all have a place in my life.
