At 77, I believe age is not defined by a number, but by how you choose to live. I own a ceramic studio and still teach ceramics - something I'm deeply passionate about. Creativity keeps me inspired, and working with my students brings me great joy.
I also believe in staying active and healthy. You'll often find me at the gym or participating in Parkrun every week. I'm grateful to still feel youthful in spirit, and truthfully, I feel closer to 55 on the inside.
